Weil is advising ITE Management, L.P. (“ITE”), a leading alternative asset manager focused on transportation infrastructure, in a strategic minority investment from funds managed by Blackstone Credit & Insurance (“BXCI”). As part of the investment, BXCI is targeting to provide ITE with up to $2 billion of capital for investments and financing over the initial phase of partnership. The investment and strategic partnership enable ITE and BXCI to collaborate and enhance ITE’s leadership position amidst a growing opportunity set within the transportation infrastructure sector.

ITE is a privately held, SEC-registered, alternative investment firm with over $10 billion in assets and is focused on transportation infrastructure.

The Weil team is led by Private Equity partners Alexander Miachika and Brian Parness and includes associates Ryan Divers and Ayush Gulati; Tax partner Hillel Jacobson and counsel Adam Sternberg; Private Funds Co-Head Stephanie Srulowitz and counsel Semhar Woldai; Private Funds Regulatory partners David Wohl and Marc Schubert and associate Stephen Filocoma; Executive Compensation & Benefits partners Victoria Rosamond and Sarah Downie; Employment partner Rebecca Sivitz and associate Liran Messinger; Technology & IP Transactions partner Dennis Adams and associate Sarah Schwarz; U.S. Privacy & Cybersecurity Head Olivia Greer and associate Jeeyoon Chung; Environmental Head Annemargaret Connolly; Regulatory Transactions partner Timothy Welch and associates Francisco Velez and Caleb Holland; and Antitrust Co-Head Brianne Kucerik, partner Neil Rigby and counsel Michael Naughton and Nicholas Barnabo.
